CodeMall par sabhi products digital nature ke hain (PHP scripts, WordPress themes/plugins, APK source code, SaaS tools, etc.). Isliye purchase se pehle product details dhyan se check karein.
📌 1. No Refund Policy (General Rule)
- Sabhi digital products non-refundable hain
- Payment hone ke baad refund normally provide nahi kiya jata
📌 2. Eligible Refund Cases (Exception)
Refund sirf in situations me consider kiya ja sakta hai:
- Duplicate Payment (same order ke liye double charge)
- Payment successful but product not delivered
- Wrong product delivered (clear mismatch)

Refund nahi diya jayega agar:
- Aapne product download/access kar liya hai
- Aapko product pasand nahi aaya
- Aapko use karna nahi aata / technical knowledge nahi hai
- Server, hosting, ya configuration issue aapki side se hai
- Third-party API / service issue (WhatsApp API, payment gateway, etc.)
- Minor bugs ya feature expectations mismatch
